Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy – Sutile Roma

Returns – Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied.

At Sutile Roma, we aim to provide a pleasant and transparent shopping experience. If the items you ordered do not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To ensure smooth processing, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Complete & intact: items must be returned with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
• No excessive wear: only minimal handling is permitted. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may be refused.
• Hygiene products: items such as underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Defective items: if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
• Return shipping costs: return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
• Processing time: returns are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.

Note: returns may be refused if items show signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.

How to Return Your Order

Please follow these steps:

1) Contact us by email

Email us at info@sutile-roma.com to initiate a return request.

2) Include the following details

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the item (if defective)
• Full name
• Full address

3) Wait for instructions

We will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender address.

4) Return shipment

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (estimated from €20). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

A. Withdrawal conditions

• Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party) receive the final item.
• Order processing: orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled before delivery.
• Withdrawal notice: you must notify us clearly by email to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Return shipping: return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or not collected, handling and logistics costs are incurred. A fixed fee of €18.49 will be deducted for each refused or uncollected parcel.

Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, therefore delivery times may be longer. Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit.

If you wish to withdraw, you must wait for delivery and then follow the return process.

Effects of Withdrawal

Once we have received the returned goods (or valid proof of return), we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
